
REFUND POLICY

Our refund policy is in place to protect all parents and to ensure the continuity of this community service. You agree to our Refund Policy as follows prior to making any payments to use our services (the same policy is included on all our invoices):

There are strictly no refunds for any change of mind or any change of circumstances (including change of school (of any type) for the student) on customer’s / parent’s part after the payment has been made;

While we endeavour to minimise changes to the routes, travel times or stop locations, there are no refunds for minor changes on bus route timetable, travel time or stop locations made with a view to improve overall travel time.

Refund is available under two exceptions noted as follows:

Refund Policy Exception 1 - No Service Refund
If we do not have minimum enrolments and do not end up starting the service, a full refund will be processed in February 2026.
Refund Policy Exception 2 - Students starting in Year 7, Term 1 in the Baulkham Hills Selective High School
If your child is a Year 6 student at the date of making the payment and you are enrolling for year 7 Term 1 bus service, your payment for Year 7, we will provide a full refund if your child receives an offer for another Selective High School where he was on reserve when the offer for Baulkham Hills High School was received, subject to meeting of all of 4 conditions below:

Parents notifying us of the reserve offer at the time of completing the enrolment form;

Parents notifying us (by email) by no later than 31 January 2026 if a subsequent offer is received from the reserve school choice; and

Parents providing satisfactory evidence (by email) of the subsequent offer received from the reserve school choice by 31 January 2026.

All communication must be sent to the us via email only to BHHSBusService@gmail.com to avail this exception. Due to limited resources and volunteer nature of our work, communication by any other means (phone, messages or WhatsApp) are not accepted and your refund may not be processed.
This exception is strictly for payments for Term 1, Year 7 only and does not apply for any payments for any subsequent school Term or Year after Term 1 of Year 7. All payments for any other terms / years remains strictly non-refundable.
